چکیده
QSW_MPI is a python package developed for time-series simulation of continuous-time quantum stochastic walks. This model allows the study Markovian open systems in Lindblad formalism, including generalisation random walk and walk. Consisting interface accessing parallelised Fortran libraries utilising sparse data structures, scalable to massively parallel computers, which makes possible wide range dynamics on directed undirected graphs arbitrary complexity.

Accelerating Stochastic Dynamics Simulation with Continuous-time Quantum Walks
Stochastic diffusion is a general phenomenon observed in various national and engineering systems. It is typically modeled by either stochastic differential equation (SDE) or Fokker-Planck equation (FPE), which are equivalent approaches. Path integral is an accurate and effective method to solve FPEs. Yet, computational efficiency is the common challenge for path integral and other numerical me...
متن کاملa study on thermodynamic models for simulation of 1,3 butadiene purification columns
attempts have been made to study the thermodynamic behavior of 1,3 butadiene purification columns with the aim of retrofitting those columns to more energy efficient separation schemes. 1,3 butadiene is purified in two columns in series through being separated from methyl acetylene and 1,2 butadiene in the first and second column respectively. comparisons have been made among different therm...

متن کاملSimulating Stochastic Diffusions by Quantum Walks
Stochastic differential equation (SDE) and Fokker-Planck equation (FPE) are two general approaches to describe the stochastic drift-diffusion processes. Solving SDEs relies on the Monte Carlo samplings of individual system trajectory, whereas FPEs describe the time evolution of overall distributions via path integral alike methods. The large state space and required small step size are the majo...
